Hi, I’m Agathe.

My intention is to help as many people as possible to love life.

I believe that by helping people unearth their inner light, we will spread more joy and love, and in turn, may all vibrate a little higher.

Yoga, meditation, breathwork, crystal and energy healing, and a myriad of other wellness techniques that were so generously gifted to me, are fundamental to the work that I do. My mission now is to share these treasures and sacred practices with many others.

I hold space for yoga asana and lead guided meditation classes. I run breathwork sessions, workshops, and offer one-to-one mindfulness and healing work.
It brings me great joy to connect, listen, and guide people towards becoming their own, very best spiritual teacher and healer. I love it when those I work with start to see themselves in a different light, and love what they see.

I am delighted to be part of the Istana Jiwa family where I act as the Global Head of Complementary & Healing Therapies. Istana Jiwa offers ultra private bespoke rehabilitation for Depression, Anxiety, and Substance Abuse in Bali, Barbados, and Ibiza. I am the main holistic wellness practitioner offering my modalities on a one on one basis throughout the client’s stay to assist them during their experience.

I have also had the great honor of creating, curating, and managing The Zen Den – the wellness space at T Fest - a luxury travel trade show - presented in festival format in Dubai which is now expanding to Europe, Mexico, and the United States.

I have studied in Los Angeles, Austin, New York, Colombia, Mysore, Dharamshala, and Bali. I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the most beautiful souls in the world of yoga, meditation, breathwork, Buddhist dharma, self-love, crystal energy, and inner child healing.

On a more personal note, I love traveling, surfing, and frolicking in the water. I am deeply passionate about environmental conservation, particularly the ocean and our colorful friends who call it home. I am joyful, curious and playful. I love life.
Full disclosure, though – I haven’t always felt so at home in myself, and there would have been a time in my life when I’d have seriously eye-rolled at the above introduction.
Indeed, I’ve been in the trenches. I’ve experienced darkness, and I’ve been at war with myself, which explains why, in the past, I tried so hard to disconnect from myself through destructive behaviours and unhealthy attachments.

You probably wouldn’t have known it just from looking at me. I didn’t even know it myself! On the surface, I had it all together: a great career, house, car, dogs, busy social life, and lots of traveling. But in truth, I was deeply unhappy. There was a void I kept trying to fill with anything and everything. And despite spending more than 10 years in therapy, I still lacked self-love and confidence. I kept looking for it everywhere, everywhere except within.
Then, I had my Damascene moment. This was a revelation of self-awareness and a recognition of repeated, unhealthy patterns. I realised that as long as I had that awareness, I also had the  power to move away from these behaviours. With that insight, I was ready to turn things around and put an end to those destructive patterns, because I knew I could. I genuinely felt ready to live a more wholehearted existence, aligned with my values.

I was able to come to this conclusion because of yoga asana, meditation, and breathwork. These tools have been the foundations throughout my journey of healing and expansion. Thanks to somatic therapy, I began to feel some major shifts. As a practice, it enabled me to tune into what my heart longed for, and to feel confident and empowered enough to go after it.
So here I am, living and loving life without any more eye-rolling, and with a full and grateful heart. I’d love to connect with you and hear your story too.
