This is a 30 minute meditation and visualization to help you cut the energetic cords between yourself and another person (can be a past version of yourself) or thing (behavior, substance, etc). I take you through releasing the person and or thing from your energy centers as well as running your torus field and replacing the cord with new energies. This is all levels. I guide and support you every step of the way. I recommend doing this in nature and repeating it as many times as you feel.
